For a bug report, include the app version, iOS or browser version, input/output languages and steps to reproduce it. You do not need to send complete lyrics, saved songs or backups. Original text is never attached to a support email automatically.
Songs stay on the device where you save them. Export a library backup before deleting the app or clearing site data. Web and iOS libraries do not sync automatically. Deleting a song does not delete PDFs, backups or copies already shared.
The operator checks email two or three times a week and replies in order.
